Ed Sullivan did a show from Miami Beach with the Beatles in 1964.  
Don't know if it was live or tape.

The Beatles were live the week before from NY and then went to Miami  
Beach. However they recorded their third Sullivan performance in NY  
before leaving and it was played the following Sunday.
