[QuadList] Blank quad videotape?

Does anyone know of a source for, or does anyone have any, blank quad 
videotape?

We have a need for some to test various pieces of equipment and 
procedures and I have a sneaking suspicion nobody makes it anymore!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
