[QuadList] Ampex 195 tape stock problems.

I am having problems with some Ampex 195 stock.  I have baked it for
several days and the backing is still like chewing gum!  The oxide side
seems to have dried out a bit, but is still pretty gummy too.  I've been
using 130 degrees like I do with other stock, but it doesn't seem to
have any effect.  I know this is an odd stock that was only used for
Super High Band and reverse contact dub masters so there may be little
experience with it, but thought I would ask the only well of knowledge
in this area that there is!
