[QuadList] VR-1200 Capstan Oscillator Mod for Course and Fine Adjustment Pots

Hi, Chris,

Interesting that Gary Adams was talking about the capstan speed and  
editing at breakfast yesterday.

Does the modification you listed here change or disable any 625-line  
functions?
