"Ampex introduced the VR-1000 videotape recorder for professional broadcasting in 1956, used by NBC on Nov. 30 to tape delay the news broadcast of Douglas Edwards for the West Coast."

Shouldn't that be CBS?

Happy Holidays to all,

The Ampex website has a history of slo-mo recording and the HS-100:

Who can spot the historical error in the text unrelated to slo-mo?

My thought on seeing this was "OUCH!"
