This is definitely not On Topic for Quad videotape, but since I know  
there are a number of Hams on the list, I thought this would be of  
interest to them and of perhaps passing interest to others.

The original sender—Henry Hill—worked on the Ampex VPR Quality Control  
line in Colorado Springs back in the days of the VPR-2, later was a  
cop and is now a photographer in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

He sent the message below with picture, and then advised:
"Tuesday, 40 meters, 7.250 mhz. plus or minus 5 kc, 1800 hours on...   
I will be evaluating my new ICOM 7200!

know that you heard about him here.  Especially if you try to work him  
from unexpected places, like Australia or Europe.
