This is interesting.

The DVD shows up in a LOT of places (likely affiliates of Amazon.com)  
including Target.com, but NOT on the National Archives and Records  
Administration's own e-store at http://estore.archives.gov/

The DVD's appearance raises the question of what videotape was used  
for the Kitchen Debate portion of the DVD.  The Kennedy/Krushchev  
material is silent film shot in Vienna, according to the description I  
found on another site with the same DVD.

It is possible for producers to obtain public domain material from  
government archives and create something from it for sale.  Perhaps  
that's what happened here.
