Actually the TK-27 had all vidicons.? The Luminance channel was an 1.5 inch unit so that it had higher resolution.? The knees were better able to track.
The 42 and 43 were dogs with getting everything to track.? Think about it if RCA had really sold the TK44 with the Isocon that they showed on the first prototype.? That would have been even more of a disaster to make it work right.?
