[QuadList] Cronkite's first half-hour newscast... count the tape roll ins

The roll in cues seem pretty tight...so maybe they compromised V and/or 
H lock to get a shorter pre-roll?
I never worked directly with a VR-1000...I was just shading cameras real 
early on, but I do seem to remember them being a good bit lazier about 
lockup than the later machines.
