[QuadList] Weight of quad tape reels?

Hello all, I just joined this group.

I worked at the Maryland Center for Public Broadcasting (WMPB-TV channel 
67) during my college summers (1975, 76, 77), primarily on videotape and 
air operations. I got pretty familar with the RCA TR-70B. I didn't stay 
in broadcasting after graduation, so my broadcasting knowledge is all 
35+ years old.

Does anybody know how much a full quad tape reel weighs? It's been a 
long time since I handled one, but I'd guess maybe 10 pounds.
