my tbc/ framestore/sync  thingie...

Just  copied a NTC-10B manual and thought you'd like to know about an   
unusual TBC.

It was designed for both Quad and 1" and could  even do color-under for  
U-Matic. It was a truly a universal  TBC.

10 bit sampling, four times subcarrier, flat to 5.5 MHz, S/N  > 65 db,  
16 line window, would do Slo-Mo for 1".

Even  had a slot for the extender card.
