[QuadList] Got my VR 1200's

I checked them before power up. I was almost disapointed I didn't find  
more bad ones, what with the new meter and all. They all looked better  
then medium priced Al caps.

I must be lucky. I never have had the smoke come out on power up. I  
never have used the "slo-power" method but I never did an AVR-2 from a  
deep sleep. Now I did have a paper cap explode once but it has been on  
for several hours before it let go. Little bits of paper EVERYWHERE.
