[QuadList] Post a message and get a good story with TR-70 in action

I had posted a notice about the AMIA Conference and our Quad dinner  
to the Telecine Internet Group at the same time as my post to the  
QuadList.

Just into my e-mail box is this message from Ian Richardson, who  
attached a photo of a TR-70 in action at the Australian National Film  
and Sound Archive in Canberra.

Here's his e-mail to me... and an invitation for Ian and his mate  
George to join the fun and see your replies by subscribing to the

Never know when someone may need his Smith Splicer or a trained hand  
to use it :)
