[QuadList] Need Help Identifying Heads

Bill:

These are very early version heads for the VR-660.  They were replaced by 
1218199-10 which in turn was replaced by 1374577-10.  They were normally 
supplied in pairs.  I'd be interested in obtaining a set of these for my 
VR-660.
