I have several 12.5" empties, and can make one available... send via  
your UPS of FedEx if you can't find something close.

I'd been planning to use them for award material, but one in actual  
use is better : )

They need cleaning but the hub material seems to be OK.

I gently unscrew, wash, air dry and then reassemble them before use.
