[QuadList] Mechanical Splices

Trevor,

I was about to ask about splicing in an eight filed sequence. You beat me too it! But since colour (PAL) was not adopted till 1967 in the UK, weren't most edits E-E by that time, except for some emergencies? And in High Band?
