[QuadList] Quad in India?

Hi Dave,

I checked and PAL is the TV std. in India.
The place I checked with lists PAL as the dominant World Standard. I believe 
that NSTC is second.
And that would make Secam third.

Note: Here is the Secam list.

Belarus Guyana Republic Morocco 
Benin Hungary New Caledonia 
Bosnia Iran Niger 
Bulgaria Iraq Russia

The largest population is probably France, since they invented the standard, and 
Russia is next or maybe larger?

I've got an acquaintance that is looking for a used quad in India.
I don't even know if India is PAL or ????
