[QuadList] Blanking Issues

One of my favorite blanking stories showed up on a PBS technical evaluation
sheet.  The person who did the evaluation wrote that the blanking was OK on
demod, but wide on output and he rejected our tape.

Gee, doesn't that mean that their machine was misadjusted on output?
