[QuadList] ACR-225 photo/details from Tim's website

I have a simple playback beta deck an i get public psa's on beta sp and  
ingest them to convert to digital using a non beta player... 
 
I read a note somewhere it might be wearing the heads a little  
prematurely... oh well  no one want to give the station a sp playback  unit...

1998-1999-2000(?). Replaced with a  HP-Pinnacle MediaStream server.

They got a lot of millage out of that  thing. They never upgraded the 
standard oxide Betacam decks to SP so the thing  looked kind of soft on-the-air. 
They were running SP tapes in the thing and  adjusted the EQ on the decks to 
play them back as best it could.
