[QuadList] looking for an RCA high band 5 mil head

I know this is gonna be a tough one, but I might as well begin to step 
up the search for a high-band RCA 5 mil headwheel assembly (marked "HB-5").
If anyone has any leads on any out there that might be available, please 
let me know!
