[QuadList] DVE use to meet blanking specs: (was Quad Vs Type C)

Wow, Wayne Parsons.  I hadn't heard that name in years!
I worked with him early in his career here in Richmond in the early 
'70s.  He always said I taught him "everything he ever learned about 
quad machines". 
I never was completely sure how to take that......LOL.
