You're link on the Betacart isn't working.

WINK-TV (Where I'm currently at) had the Betacart from 1985 until 1998-1999-2000(?). Replaced with a HP-Pinnacle MediaStream server.

They got a lot of millage out of that thing. They never upgraded the standard oxide Betacam decks to SP so the thing looked kind of soft on-the-air. They were running SP tapes in the thing and adjusted the EQ on the decks to play them back as best it could.
