[QuadList] quads on a plane?

I know they had radio propaganda planes not certain on TV....  time  for 
google...  Ed#
 
Didn't the government have a plane with a transmitter to broadcast to  Cuba 
and other "Iron Curtain" countries. They must of had video  playback.
