Greetings from the West Coast,

A Saturday Brunch is being organized for Saturday Oct. 9 in or near  
Fredricksburg, VA.

That's half an hour east of Culpeper, VA, about 50 miles south of  
Washington, DC on I-95 and nearly the same up I-95 from Richmond, VA.

The occasion is during free time on the last day of the Association of  
Cinema and Video Laboratories Conference.

I'm told a salesman may try to sell someone an Ampex VR-2000 using a  
flip-book with fantastic looking stills from 1964. There might be some  
other fun stuff that pops up.

Please let me know if you're interested in attending.  Feel free to  
invite others who have Quad, Editing and/or Telecine in their blood  
background.
We'll have location info mid-next week.
