Thanks  Bill....  Flashback! yes the   COSMAC!    Nutronics also    made an 
entire set of  kits around this  microprocessor... I remember  them in byte 
 magazine back in the early issues...  Yes  wish you had   kept  one! It is 
one of the  early examples we  do not have  here  for the computer  display 
 at the museum here.
 
I did not realize the  TK-47 system   had a  COSMAC   processor integrated 
into it... wow...

We  already had eight TK-47s when Ikegami came around trying to switch us 
to  HK-312 so I would say the RCA came first.  As to whether to call them  ‘
computer’ or ‘microprocessor’ a better term might be ‘microcomputer’ as the 
 RCA had its own RCA made microcomputer that was sold separately as a “
Cosmac”  computer kit.  I bought several of them for the technicians to build 
and  play with so they could understand how the cameras setup worked.  The  
little computer kits had a composite color output and with a little

useful around the facility.  At least they didn’t jump up and down a line  like

First   microprocessor in a camera or  first computer  setup?????
 

 
We  have the Ikegami HK-312    and  we have  the RCA  TK-47
 

 
And   we have  both in the  museum's collection here so......  time  to 
make signs  write up pages etc.
 

 
Some  have told me the RCA  was  first as a computer set up cam and  others 
 say the HK-312  and web references can be confusing as  well.
 

 
And   some  say  computer and  some  say microprocessor...   I guess  what 
I am looking for is a clarification so  I   have  my facts  straight.
