[QuadList] VR-2000 Still spinning

I looked at a few things.  
 
First there is a replay in the 135 volt supply that is activated by the  
READY control line.  That could be sticking.
 
I still have to get my head around how the control is done to start the  
motors turning.  There are places in the Intersync that have ready buss  
control lines.  Not very many though.
 
The training manual does not address the issue of how to tell the heads to  
spin.  
 
I still think it is in the relays somewhere.
