[QuadList] AVR 3 heads question

Don't have any kind of gages to test the heads. 
 
I can tell that my #2 head is on its way out. 
Been threatening for some time now.

Just curious to know if you have been able to measure the head(s) with a gauge?  If so, what did you find?
