[QuadList] RCA TR-3 in Lower Manhattan--Serial 3001--Ping Lytle

The picture in the brochure was of a different model.  If you will  note, 
the cooling fan grill is in the front on the serial number 1.  Not  like the 
one in the brochure.

Maybe former RCA guy Lytle Hoover has an idea.

This is the very first TR-3 made.  The serial number tells us  that.  Also 
the MI number is not the one for the A version.  That  was MI-43570-A.
 
So you are looking at the very first TR-3 made and sold.

It's Serial # 3001.  Any RCA folks know where in the production  run that 
would put it... and who might have been the first owner?
