[QuadList] Interesting AVR 3 problem

The only thing I think of re the "right side" on quad was velocity errors.

Wonder if anybody has ever seen this.

Playing some old shows on a AVR3.
Set up looks great and plays fine.
Get about 2/3's in to the tape and I start seeing lines that look like scallop lines only on the right side of the screen for the remainder of the tape. (Left side is absolutely clear).
Adjusting head dig effects the lines, but does not clear them, even on a new head .

Really strange because the first part of the transfer is excellent.

Has anybody ever seen anything similar?
