Hi Tony,

We're interested if we have the money.  Could I get the details?

BTW: we're not sure when Congress is going to pass our budget, but 
once they do hopefully we'll be sending the heads we spoke about last 
fall to you for work.  Assuming they haven't cut the budget too 
badly.  Stay tuned.
