Brain went last on previous reply. Should have looked at sketch. Now
this machine was shown and catalogs were issued with it. That may be a hint
for some folks.
Just think about it. Over the life of the quads, RCA made about 9 models.
Not counting the TCR-100 or the portable. Also not counting the military
ones with eight heads.
Ampex made eight models not counting the VR-3000 or the ACR-25. It shows
the stability of the design.
