[QuadList] Another Jeporady Question

There was a home grown (British) quad made by Rank Cintel. As far as I know
it never made it into production and sales but here is a picture of it.

If anyone has more information about it I would be pleased to see it.

  We all know the Ampex and RCA machines.  A number of us have seen other
machines in use.  So the question of the day is.

  What other manufactures built quad machine?

  The answer can not be a refurbished machine that was built on someone
else's platform.  I know of two of the manufactures.  I do not know a third
one but am aware of the machine.  There may be more.

  Answers can not include prototypes.
