[QuadList] My Weekend Puzzle for 3/25/11

Several of you have guessed Recortec, but that's not the right answer.  As Chris correctly pointed out, Recortec did make a similar unit, but this is not theirs.

  We had one of these on one of our AVR2's at Producers Color.
  I think it was Recortec, went with the Recortec "gentle" transport mods.
  Helped doing manual stand-up edits accurate to the tenth's of seconds, sometimes.
