Ted,
That is great, I hope everyone reads his story. Great tribute and he looks like quite a guy.
Hope he had a great day yesterday, I did, am attaching a couple fotos from Port Jervis yesterday.
# 37 is me with former CT-1 Barbara cassidy, from 2 of my old units, and Joe Chillino who had about the most dangerous job in the war, he defused (Not blew up) all the German and Japanese ordance captured and sent here, including V-1 and V-2 rockets. #41 and 43, the other fellow is my good friend Walter Hughes, a WWII vet like I have never seen. There is a great video about him. Here is how to find it on the Web:
Go to:
http://www.nralifeofduty.tv/#/home
Way over on the left click on "Patriot Profiles", then "Walter Hughes" then
"View Full Story"
This is one of the most well produced things I have seen in years. Walter gave
a great talk at our recent Navy Reunion last month at Picatinny Arsenal.
Awesome!! What a guy.
Best to your Dad,
73,
George Keller

especially veterans and families with veterans alive or passed.
Just back from a Memorial Day observance with my dad, Joe, who may be the last living officer from the USS Arizona. There are about 20 survivors total.
See http://www.ussarizona.org/survivors/survivors_living.html for details.
Hope everyone is remembering those that died in service to our country, and those who served and came home, and served their families and communities after their service time.
Any US Military with Quad experience gained during their service time are welcome to share!
How did the training you received in Quad Boot Camp compare to Boot Camp... especially when it came to keeping your "weapon" clean?
