[QuadList] Slow Motion Quad

Well we have only had a few guesses so here are a few hints.
 
Two horizontal decks side by side.
 
Another unit that was the 1 field memory unit about half the size of the  
decks.
 
Worked in 525 / 60
 
Recorded at 15 ips, played at 3 ips.  Or still frames.
 
Most likely black and white only as specifications and block diagram does  
not sow any color reproduction electronics.
 
And lastly, there were not a V, R, or T in the model number.
