[QuadList] extracting one frame

Hi Shai,

I use MPEG Streamclip <http://www.squared5.com/>.  Streamclip is "free" 
and it will extract a frame or a sequence of frames based on marked "in" 
and "out" points.  As I recall you can extract TIFF, JPEG, PNG, perhaps 
other formats.
