[QuadList] List Houskeepeing--Please use a fresh e-mail when starting a new topic--Reasons why

Hope everyone is enjoying the first Saturday of Autumn.

To keep the SNR of messages and topics high, please use a fresh e-mail  
when starting a new topic.

It's tempting to hit "Reply" to a message and to just change the  
subject line to start a new topic, but to do so without deleting any  
existing unrelated content is:

Confusing to readers,
Makes the Digest and the Archive files excessively long, and
Isn't good e-mail or list practice.

Our 123+ recipients appreciate well crafted new messages and replies,  
in much the same way that a well erased or recorded, properly labelled  
tape and tape container are regarded.

It makes the QuadList more useful and enjoyable.

Now back to our regular programming. (Roll VT3!)
