[QuadList] Test message to see whether there's a rejection problem by recipient's e-mail servers--NO need to reply

Just checking to see whether a problem with an IP address is causing  
some recipient's mail servers to reject the message.

Thanks.  NO need to reply.  If there's a rejection, I'll probably see  
a bounce from the recipient server.
