[QuadList] Quadlist has 123 subscribers--

We have 130 in the DB and seven unsubscribes.  Some may be reading the  
digest or checking the archives.

Happy to set things up.  Now if I could only manufacture some  
additional time to scan a bunch of stuff for the website, and then  
update the pages...
