Hi, Ed,

Do you have manuals for the cameras you're trying to bring up?

If so, they likely have pinouts and connector info with manufacturer  
and mfgr. part numbers in the parts lists.

You may also be able to determine the type of cable used from printing  
on the side of the cable, or from the manual parts lists.

If there's printing on the side, looking up the cable type number (IE:  
Belden 8281) may lead you to a source of cable for making assemblies,  
or at least the description of the types of wire and construction used  
in that particular cable. IE: 3 twisted pair, 24awg, 1 75 ohm bla bla  
bla...
