[QuadList] OT: Timecode reader/comparator

Somewhat off topic but I don't know who else to ask:
I find myself in need of a timecode reader/comparator.
I need to dial in a timecode HH:MM:SS:FF and when that goes by during a
playback
the comparator will output a pulse for one frame.
Longitudinal, not VITC.
Gray Labs used to make them, so did EECO and Evertz.
Anybody got anything like that surplus or for a reasonable price?
Working would be helpful :)
