Here's a calendar item for your Post-NAB consideration, which will feature QuadList member Ed Retian presenting on RCA prototype color television sets.

The 2012 Early Television Convention will be held May 4 - 6, 2012 at the Early Television Museum in Hilliard, Ohio.

Wayne Bretl's Saturday presentation looks interesting.  Wayne's been with Zenith (now a part of LG) since 1975, and worked for Motorola's consumer electronics division before that.

And there's a workshop about CRT rebuilding at the Early Television Museum.

Attend if you're able. 

A VTR-centric convention somewhere would be fun.  Seems to need a museum space to make it happen.
