The job involves replacing a microswitch, connecting a bypass box to a spooling motor assembly, making some adjustments and then doing some further troubleshooting involving a controller card to see why it's having a problem connecting via USB to software on a Mac or PC.

PC laptop needed for troubleshooting and SKYPE, with hand-holdable/surface parkable web cam so that the factory can consult via SKYPE.  Needed software would be supplied.
