		I state:

	When I worked at NBC in NY in 1978-79, the TCR's were used directly  
on the air even during prime time.  I'm sure there were situations  
where they made commercial break reels or even edited the commercials  
into program tapes like ABC and CBS did.  But my recollection was that  
mostly, NBC aired commercials directly from TCR-100's even during the  
prime time hours.
