Well there is an Ampex 660 available.  Bidding starts at $9.   Shipping 
will be the expensive part.  Almost $140.
 
I worked with one in the 60's.  The x-ray department had one that was  used 
to record the catheterizations and other procedures.  Made decent  
pictures.  
 
Interesting machine but not a quad.
