Perhaps it's something vendored from Hitachi? It's doesn't match anything I can find online, but it has some faint cosmetic similarities to a Hitachi FP-10.

Almost every Hitachi 3-tube camera has a similar pad on the side. The front of the cam is flat and very tall like the Hitachi. Almost everything else is different.

That's my best guess right now. Didn't see anything on oldradio.com.
