[QuadList] FOR.A VEC-400

Hi everyone,
I have been given a VEC-400. As I have no use for it (my FOR.A TBC is not a
compatible model), I would be happy to send it to a loving home. I gather
that this unit allowed certain TBC's to perform basic DVE effects etc,
