[QuadList] Hold Down Tape

I have 3M hold down tape that I am willing to part with.  Still  sealed in 
original packaging.  If interested, contact me off line.

tape used to be. I cut off the first three feet or so. Most  of these tapes 
have 20-30 seconds of blank tape before  bars.

Suggestion: don't use masking tape to hold down tape  ends!
