[QuadList] PAL quad

We have 625 PAL and SECAM operation here at DC Video in both low band and high band on the AVR-1. Destination formats can be files on a hard drive in PAL, Digital Betacam PAL, DV Cam PAL, DVC Pro 25/50 PAL plus both VHS and DVD-R in PAL. Standards conversion is available also.
