Bette and Ed Sharpe  with Tonight's Quad Reel--a reel of Scotch 399 Color 
Plus recorded at WTTW  11/WXXW 20, Chicago on 9/27/1967

The reel is WTTW #W302 1/2, the  program master for "Would You Believe" #2, 
recorded on VTR4, with head #5310D.  

Timing sheets inside were for a different series called "Up In Here"  were 
filled out/signed by Joseph J. Pelletere and Wes Johnson. 

The  shipper case's foam seal has deteriorated, and the case and reel 
surfaces need  a good vacuuming. 

The tape pack is loose as there had been no  hold-down tape on the end. 

Handling recommendations given the loose  pack and debris?

Ed says he acquired this tape in a batch of Quad tapes  before he Bought a 
restored RCA TR-5.
